Refund Policy for Digital Products

1. No Refunds for Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital content, once a product has been delivered or accessed, it cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any purchased digital products, including but not limited to:

• Guides, manuals, or instructional documents

• Prompt collections or templates

• Software tools or downloadable resources

2. Delivery of Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically immediately after purchase, either via direct download link or email. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and software are compatible with the product.

 

3. Support and Assistance

 

If you encounter any issues accessing or using your purchased digital product, please contact us at circoolar@outlook.com. Our support team will provide guidance to help you successfully access and use the product.

 

4. Cancellations

 

Once a purchase is completed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing the transaction.

​Refund Policy for Consulting Services

Refunds for consulting services are handled as follows:

 

• Scheduled sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within less than 48 hours may result in a partial or non-refundable fee at the discretion of the service provider.

• If a session is cancelled by the provider, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

• Packages or prepaid consulting hours are non-refundable once a session has been delivered.

 

Refund Policy for Lectures, Workshops, and Business School Engagements

Refunds for lectures, workshops, or executive education sessions are as follows:

 

• Registrations cancelled more than 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.

• Registrations cancelled between 7–14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.

• If the lecture, workshop, or session is cancelled by the provider, participants will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.
