My story

My connection with sustainability began long before it became part of my professional life.

I grew up close to forests and coastlines, watching how ecosystems change, adapt and sometimes struggle.

 

That early awareness stayed with me and eventually became the foundation of a career spent working on environmental and sustainability challenges inside large international organisations.

Over time, my work moved far beyond the technical side of sustainability. I found myself increasingly at the intersection of innovation, product development, strategy, regulation and organisational change.

​

And that is where something became very clear to me.

​

Most organisations do not lack ideas, ambition or expertise. What they often lack is a way to bring all of those things together when important decisions are being made.

​

Sustainability may sit in one team. Innovation in another. AI somewhere else. Regulation arrives from the side. Commercial priorities pull in yet another direction.

 

The real challenge is not adding more initiatives. It is helping these perspectives work together early enough to influence the decisions that shape products, portfolios and future business value.

 

Today, I work with organisations to make complex decisions clearer and more connected, bringing together innovation, AI, regulatory foresight, product strategy and sustainability in a way that supports both business performance and long-term resilience.
